ACCESS Products Group wants satisfied customers for life. Our reputation was built on offering our customers world-class products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your APG purchase you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund, replacement or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for your purchase. New products that are deemed defective will be replaced. If you determine a different APG product will better suit your needs it will be exchanged with another item of equal value.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA), must accompany all merchandise returns. Please call 206-780-1900 to obtain a RMA number, NO EXCEPTIONS! A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise that is returned with damaged or missing packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders for APG stands and components purchased from our online store ship from the ACCESS distribution center in Kingston WA. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping and leave ACCESS in good condition. Any claims for shortages or damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If cartons arrive damaged or have been tampered with, the customer is responsible for notifying carrier immediately. Please save damaged cartons for inspection.
All orders within the United States and Canada over $500.00 qualify for UPS or USPS standard shipping at no additional charge. Please allow 7-14 days for orders within the Continental United States (longer for AL, HI, US Territories, and Canada). Expedited shipping is an option at checkout on our secure shopping cart and available on request for phone orders.

  • All of your personal information gathered on this website (name, physical address, email addresses, phone number) shall remain confidential.
  • ACCESS does not sell, lease, trade or give away any of your personal information.
  • You have the option to unsubscribe and suspend email communications from ACCESS at any time.
  • ACCESS does not capture or retain your credit card information provided for transactions on our online store.
  • ACCESS may capture your credit card information manually to expedite warranty claims service. Your credit card information will be deleted once the transaction is complete.

Payment, Pricing, & Promotions

We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, and PAYPAL for online purchases. All orders placed through our secure online shopping cart are subject to verification and acceptance before products are shipped. Sales tax is applied to all orders originating in Washington state. Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes in their respective states.
